XenSource launches biz app

Xen may or may not be worthy of enterprise-scale virtualization deployments, depending on which vendor you ask. However, XenSource says that the University of Cambridge's software is in fact, good enough and the company plans to ship XenEnterprise next week, which is meant to directly compete against EMC's VMware software. CEO Peter Levine says he believes that there is plenty of demand for server virtualization, even though industry analysts say that very few companies actually use it so far. Maybe he means it's only virtual demand.
