What's actually in Vista, IE 7 betas?

Buried inside privacy notices, Microsoft revealed specifically what's part of the imminent Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7 beta versions. Vista, formerly called Longhorn, is the successor to the XP operating system. The beta version will include administrative audit options, speech synthesis, driver stability protection, location awareness, and a P2P collaboration tool. Meanwhile, IE7 gets tabbing, partial CSS 2.0 support, more security options, and an add-ons manager.
