VMware launching ESX 3.0, VirtualCenter 2.0
VMware next month will debut ESX 3.0. The upgrade from the current 2.5 version focuses on improved scalability and memory control. It also adds support for iSCSI storage. Also due is VirtualCenter 2.0 from the EMC subsidiary, with new support for resource distribution. There's no word yet on the pricing or shipping details.
