Vista left out of patch day, but in a good way
Pre-Valentine's patch day has come and gone and as expected, Microsoft has at long last plugged a few security leaks in Office, Windows, IE and well, virtually every other product that the company makes (except for Flight Simulator). However, it wouldn't be a Microsoft patch party unless someone was left out of the festivities and that person is the new kid on the block, Vista. Wait...that's a good thing! As it turns out, Microsoft's latest-greatest wasn't affected by any of those zero-day vulnerabilities, which is no small feat, considering how many of them there were. Sure, there's still that Speech Command flaw but come on--just turn off your speakers already.
