U.S. judges weigh in on Microsoft's EU case
There were two interesting developments yesterday regarding Microsoft's antitrust suit in Europe. American diplomats circulated a memo among European embassies urging their governments to treat Microsoft fairly. Also, a California judge denied Microsoft's subpoenas of Oracle and Sun Microsystems. (How will Redmond fare in the EU? Why is America defending Microsoft over there? Tell me your opinion.)
