TechEd day 3: Yukon due in Nov.
Microsoft's SQL Server 2005, previously known as Yukon, will ship the week of November 7, officials said. Visual Studio 2005 will also ship that week, followed soon after by BizTalk 2006. Other TechEd updates: Longhorn Server (the next version of Windows Server) is still slated for 2007; Microsoft is already working on follow-up editions of that, which include updated web server applications; and the "hypervisor" virtualization application is due in 2007, post-Longhorn.
