Sun, StorageTek reorganizing storage divisions

Sun Microsystems had said they would announce more details of the $4.1 billion StorageTek acquisition today, with the deal done. However, regarding the overlap of the two company's disk arrays and management software, it will be two more months before they announce what stays and what goes. (Sun calls it "product collaboration.") Meanwhile, StorageTek CEO Pat Martin resigned, officials said.
