Stick it to Starbucks, make a buck, snag a free router

Always looking to stick it to the man, those revolutionaries over at Fon have unveiled a plan to undermine the Starbucks/T-Mobile WiFi business model, while allowing ordinary citizens like you and I to turn a healthy profit benefit in the process. If you live within 802.11g shouting distance of a Starbucks, Fon will send you a Fonera router free of charge. The next step is hooking that sucker up and sharing your connection with the denizens of the local Starbucks. Considering that Fon only charges $2 per user--one fifth of what T-Mobile and Starbucks charge--you should have no problem hooking the hordes of MacBook-toting java junkies. Fon, the idealists that they are, will split the profits with you right down the middle, landing you a net profit of $1 per user. If you're willing to risk getting booted from your ISP, not to mention opening up your home network to all sorts of security concerns, this may just be a scam worth looking into.
