Sprint brings WiMAX network to me, thanks Sprint!

From the news-that makes-me-personally-tingle-with-anticipation-department comes this: Sprint has announced that by the end of the year, my old stomping grounds in Chicago and my current digs in Washington will both feel the loving embrace of next-gen WiMAX. Sprint also announced that by the end of 2008, "a larger rollout encompassing at least 100 million people" outside of those two cities will have been completed. Details are sketchy at this point, so there's not much else to chew on but hopefully, announcements about the service's price and availability are forthcoming. All I can say for now is excellent choice, Sprint.
