Spotlight: SugarSync adds support for Microsoft Outlook
Rushing to send out a large file attachment but stymied by server-side limits? Cloud storage company SugarSync has unveiled a new plugin for Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) Outlook that eliminates the hassle of large attachments by automatically inserting them as URL links to your SugarSync-hosted files. The free SugarSync for Outlook can be configured to share all files via links, or only when they exceed a certain configurable threshold. In addition, SugarSync links can be monitored for the number of times they have been downloaded, and they can be disabled. SugarSync for Outlook works with Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 on Windows, and can be downloaded here.
