Nuance unveils Dragon Dictate for Mac
Nuance Communications this week launched Dragon Dictate for Mac version 2.0, the first major desktop product from the Dragon family following the company's acquisition of MacSpeech earlier this year. Nuance says the Dictate 2.0 improves on the accuracy and performance of MacSpeech Dictate 1.5 by leveraging on the new Dragon 11 engine. In addition, it comes with a more streamlined set-up and user interface, and supports Dragon Voice Shortcuts for navigating around the Mac desktop by voice. Dragon Dictate for Mac is available immediately starting at $199.99 through Nuance's website here.
