More IT does not equate to higher pay for uneducated workers
The increasing use of IT doesn't necessarily help one's salary--if you are less educated, that is. According to a study that explored IT's interaction with education in Hong Kong, a higher penetration of IT leads to higher salaries only for highly educated individuals.
