Microsoft unveils Office 2010 ship date, talks about Office Web

Just weeks after the release of Office 2010 Beta, Microsoft has finally confirmed that Office 2010 will be shipping in the middle of 2010. In addition, Microsoft also reaffirmed earlier plans to bundle a free, web-based version of "Office Web" together with Office 2010. Office Web will run completely within a browser and include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. According to Microsoft, a version of Office Web will also be made available for corporate customers to host within their own servers for greater control and security. Article
