Microsoft Security Essentials arriving 'in weeks'

It has been revealed that Microsoft's Microsoft Security Essential (MSE) could be released in a matter of weeks. The replacement for Windows Live OneCare, MSE will focus on key security tasks such as fighting viruses, rootkits and other malware. So far, feedback on the beta--which reached its cap of 75,000 downloads in just a day--has been positive.
