Despite the new lawsuit from rival AMD, not everyone thinks Intel is evil. Current and former officials from companies like Epson and others confirm that Intel can be aggressive, but it's not like they're Microsoft (in the bad way). Conspiracy theories aside, that is probably the reason why the many prior claims against Intel failed. Will AMD do any better? Article
