Some tips for IT to survive the current economic crunch
As we wait for the worst of the fallout from the on-going credit crunch to pass, it has become inevitable that even the resilient IT industry will be affected by the economic climate.
I think it's safe to say that if the current situation had happened a short eight or 10 years ago, the inevitable outcome would be drastic cuts in IT department personnel (with IT-related spending put on an indefinite freeze).
