All of the recent fuss about Google planning a nationwide WiFi service connected by fiber optics might prove to be wrong today. The latest buzz: Google is preparing an online, Java-based office suite with partner Sun Microsystems, insiders believe. Others say the 10:30am PT press conference today between Google and Sun is merely to announce a server deal; but for what purpose?
