Research points to CRM rebound

Customer relationship management software is getting hot again, analysts at AMR Research say. The market grew 10 percent to $10.9 billion in 2004, with hosted CRM sales increasing 105 percent. SAP and Siebel Systems are by far the top two in overall CRM sales, trailed by Oracle (PeopleSoft), Amdocs, Dendrite, Aspect, Avaya, Microsoft, and Cisco. [Ed. note: What is Dendrite? And Cisco?
