Red Hat, Suse patch critical KDE hole
A newly discovered JavaScript bug in the K Desktop Environment led top Linux distributors Red Hat and Novell/Suse to issue patches. The bug affects several versions of the graphical interface but not the current 3.5 version, officials said. Patches are also available directly from the KDE's maintainer organization.
