Oracle refreshes PeopleSoft CRM software
Oracle released PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM 9. It's the last version which began life before Oracle's acquisition of PeopleSoft, but it does have some integration with Oracle's nascent Fusion middleware system. The new features focus on reporting, process management, usability and industry-specific templates, officials said. The software and its PeopleTools 8.48 development set are available now.
