Oracle: Put bugs in hands of developers

Along with routers from Cisco Systems, Oracle databases might be the most sensitive individual IT products in existence. So the opinion of Oracle security chief Mary Ann Davidson is an important one. She favors decentralized bug fixes by the original developers, looking for bugs and fixes from customers directly, better security standards, and sometimes even IT security regulation.
