Open email options increase at LinuxWorld
Scalix, Open-Xchange, Zimbra and others are battling to be the best open-source business email server. At the LinuxWorld show, Scalix said its Scalix 11 server gets a preview version this month, Open-Xchange said its Server 5 is now a certified SpikeSource component, and Zimbra said it's planning a new email-based content system simply called Documents. Also, IBM announced a Linux version of its Sametime messaging and collaboration suite.
