Nortel road map stresses security
Nortel will begin a year-long rollout of new security products next month, officials said. The first product is called Secure Network Access Switch, designed as a LAN appliance to minimize endpoint security requirements. Firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention appliances, and router software upgrades are some of Nortel's other enterprise security plans for 2006.
