Three new worms targeting Windows 2000 emerged this week. The most serious is called Dasher, since the worm is just in time to affect holiday e-commerce. It attacks the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator, without which transactional databases break. Two additional bugs were found in Internet Explorer related to CSS and JavaScipt. Details of those are not yet available.
