More Dell Latitude XT specs leak

With Michael Dell having shown the Latitude XT on stage at the Oracle OpenWorld conference last week, you would think that the company is about ready to come clean on the topic of its first tablet PC. While we still haven't heard anything official from Dell, a freshly-leaked spec sheet offers a few more clues. Looks like we were right about that 1.2Ghz Core 2 Duo Ultra Low Voltage processor, 1GB of RAM (expandable to 3GB) and Bluetooth 2.0. Additionally, it looks like the XT can be configured to include built-in mobile broadband connectivity, a fingerprint scanner, an ambient light sensor, a built-in microphone, a dual-layer DVD burner and an additional 80GB drive in the media bay. No word yet on price, though according to the spec sheet, these puppies will be ready to ship on December 3rd (though the spec sheet also states that the machine should have shipped pretty much everywhere else in the world by now--which it hasn't). Unless Dell decides to make an announcement between now and then, I suppose we'll all just have to wait and see.
