It's a couple years overdue, but SQL Server 2005, aka Yukon, is finally here. There are several versions from a free lightweight edition to the $25,000-per-processor enterprise model. The latter makes SQL Server as powerful as anything available for *nix systems, Microsoft asserts. Visual Studio 2005 and a beta version of BizTalk Server, as expected, were also announced.
