Microsoft bringing CRM to the masses?

Microsoft's Brad Wilson, who runs the CRM division, seems fairly excited about next month's launch of CRM 3.0. Maybe that's because Microsoft historically doesn't get software right until the third try. The main takeaway: CRM software itself is historically complicated and failure-prone, so making it just another MS Office app is a big step forward. There will be small-business and professional editions; alas, standard pricing and subscription details aren't announced yet.
