Microsoft ask hackers to try breaking Vista

It turns out that Microsoft actually likes critical feedback about Windows Vista. Redmond security officials brought the OS to this week's Black Hat conference, gave a speech about its security and then specifically challenged hackers to find the holes. What will be really interesting is to see if Microsoft actually reveals what the hackers find. Then again, if they find a clever back door, would they bother telling Microsoft or just keep it a secret?
