Microsoft, Adobe, Eclipse lead IDE survey

Microsoft's Visual Studio is still the most widely used development environment, but IBM's Rational Application Developer is the better product, according to a new survey of 1,200 users by Evans Data. Tools from the Eclipse Foundation, Sybase and Sun Microsystems are also developer favorites. (What's your favorite integrated development environment and why? Email me.)
