Symantec, the world's largest vendor of security software, has announced that it will cut an unannounced number of jobs at a number of locations as part of a corporate restructuring plan. "As part of our ongoing focus on managing operational expenses, Symantec has recently implemented some restructuring measures, including a reduction in force," company spokeswoman Yunsun Wee told Reuters. "We're not releasing information on the size or the scope." We'll have more on this story as it develops.
