Intel launches next-gen notebook platform

Mobile users, rejoice: Intel showed its new dual-core, low-power laptop design at the Consumer Electronics Show. The system is called Napa. Intel's CEO said Napa is "68 percent faster and consumes 28 percent less power." To which systems he's comparing those figures is unclear, and an even lower-power version is coming later this year for ultra-light devices. Expect to hear laptop vendors announce Napa-based products soon.
