iFuntastic 2.0 enables ringtones, rearranged menu
As we all know, the iPhone has a whole lot of potential from a hardware standpoint but limitations placed on the device by the software and the AT&T network prevent the little guy from being all that he can be. So it should come as no surprise that hackers have been working day and night to crack the iPhone's crustacean-like shell, in order to feast on the gooey and delicious potential within. For the most part, the hackers have been successful, adding more capabilities to their iPhone toolbox with every passing week. The newly-released iFuntastic 2.0 freeware app serves as a good state of the hacking union, showing off a number of features that have only recently become possible. Using the app's GUI interface, you can now upload custom ringtones, change the carrier logo and rearrange the order of main menu items. Not mind-blowing stuff, sure, but hopefully, this is just a taste of things to come.
