IBM to ship new Tivoli provisioning software

Later this month, IBM will ship Tivoli Provisioning Manager 5.1. New features in this version focus on automation techniques and deployment tools. There is also a new feature for controlling network bandwidth, rather than forcing administrators to monitor their resources manually. Also new is a grid-like peering feature and imaging technology, the latter acquired from Rembo Technology. Pricing for the new version wasn't announced.
