HP outlines long-term tech strategy

Hewlett-Packard executives, back from their annual retreat, are saying that security, storage and blade servers are all due for some new management software, probably by acquisition. They also intend to use AMD-based servers as a way to push Intel into better performance, and they say the Compaq brand still has value. So who will HP buy and how long will Compaq live? Tell me.
