Fujitsu to debut 300 GB 2.5 inch drive
Engineers at Fujitsu claim to have manufactured a 2.5 inch, 300 GB, serial ATA hard drive that could be used in laptops and other portable devices. The new drive represents a 50 percent gain in capacity over existing 2.5 inch drives in Fujitsu's product line. According to representatives at Fujitsu, the new high-capacity drives will be available in late February.
