Eventually, all data will be compromised
If your personal data ever touched a computer network (which means basically everyone), are you doomed to having that data get compromised? Anecdotally the answer is yes, so maybe it is time to focus on treatments rather than worry about prevention for computer outbreaks (or break-ins, as the case may be.) An interesting development is that end users are becoming angry and educated about such problems. No one knows who will help and who will just profit.
