D-Link this week launched two new IP cameras for high performance indoor surveillance and monitoring. Equipped with 10x optical zoom lens and standard motorized (PTZ) pan, tilt and zoom capabilities, the DCS-5605 comes with Ethernet PoE connectivity while the DCS-5635 offers both PoE and built-in wireless 802.11n for flexibility in deployment. In addition, bundled D-ViewCam software allows for easy management of up to 32 network cameras, setting up of recording schedules, and use of motion detection to record only pertinent video to network storage. The DCS-5605 and DCS-5635 are currently available for $899.99 and $999.99 respectively.
