CA pays $375M for Wily app management
CA's latest major acquisition brings Wily Technology into the catalog for $375 million. Wily's software helps with administration and performance management of enterprise applications, particularly of Java applications. The deal should close in about three months, with an integration road map debuting a month later, officials said. Wily's top executives will stay, although some layoffs are possible.
