C&L: HP massacre; Purdy leaves DHS

The news leak scandal at Hewlett-Packard is leaving unemployed bodies in its wake. The tally so far includes board chairwoman Patricia Dunn, board members George Keyworth and Thomas Perkins, senior counsel and ethics director Kevin Hunsaker, along with Anthony Gentilucci, manager of global investigations. CEO Mark Hurd got promoted to chairman.
Andy Purdy resigned as acting director of the National Cyber Security Division in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Purdy was controversial because of his simultaneous contract with Carnegie Mellon University.
