Bernard Pech is the new CTO of salesforce.com, switching sides after serving as CTO of rival Siebel Systems.

Sun Microsystems re-hired Michael Lehman as its CFO. He left in 2002 and was replaced by Steve McGowan. Now that McGowan left, Lehman is unretiring.

Nicholas Negroponte resigned as head of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's famed Media Lab. He was the lab's co-founder and is leaving along with Walter Bender to work at the "One Laptop per Child" non-profit group. He'll be replaced by industry veteran and MIT alum Frank Moss.

Compuware's Tommi White resigned as president and COO of the Compuware Services division. She previously was COO of the whole corporation and was said to be unhappy with the demotion.

Bob Swan resigned as CFO of Electronic Data Systems and will join eBay as CFO instead, replacing Rajiv Dutta, who became president of Skype.
