BlackBerrys? Not at this Thanksgiving table

From where I stand, there's plenty to be thankful for this year, my fellow geeks. New releases like Windows XP SP3 and Vista SP1 will make life easier for admins and users alike in the new year. Faster processors like Intel's Penryns and AMD's Phenoms will speed up the mundane processes that make up our day. And flashy new devices like the iPhone and Google's Android will make communicating on the go easier, more intuitive and more fun.
You know what I'm most thankful for, though? Not working. The world of tech is always moving and it's easy to get sucked into the daily grind of IT. So this Thanksgiving, put down that BlackBerry, put away that laptop and enjoy the holiday. Personally, I'm looking forward to spending time with my family, catching up with old friends and eating enough turkey to put an elephant in a tryptophan-induced coma. I sure hope you'll do the same. -Mehan
P.S. DailyTechRag won't be publishing for the rest of the week, so that I might focus my attention on the impending feast. We'll be back on Monday at our regularly-scheduled time.
