OpenView expands with partners, services

Hewlett-Packard is developing several new IT service management technologies. The new "ITSM Express Pack for Consolidated Service Desk" is a bundling of software and services for helping companies evaluate and fix technology processes more quickly than previously possible. Other new bundles merge the OpenView Business Process Insight software with tools from Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, and SAS. How the acquisition of Peregrine will fit in is unclear.
