The insecurities of mobile computing

There are two primary reasons mobile computing is still a wee bit insecure: there are a growing number of viruses and malware aimed at the environment, and patching and securing vulnerabilities still takes quite a while when you're dealing with large laptop and mobile device teams. According to new research from Trusted Strategies and Shavlik Technologies, it takes more than a week to patch most laptop flaws, and over 60 percent of tech leaders list laptops as the main threat to enterprise security.
