A new wave of tech entrepreneurship is taking hold in Silicon Valley and it boasts a characteristic that wasn't part of the initial dot com revolution. According to a new report from Duke University, about 25 percent of today's startups are the brainchild of a foreign-born tech innovator. This new statistic certainly puts a new spin on the ongoing discussion regarding long-term Visas.
