A new survey finds that close to 100 percent of the 250 IT managers surveyed at large U.S. enterprises are discussing or implementing public and private cloud computing solutions.

The study by Applied Research, for F5 Networks, finds that more than 80 percent of those surveyed are at "some stage of trial, implementation, or use of public clouds" and more than 80 percent said the same for private clouds.

Two-thirds of the respondents say they already have a dedicated budget for cloud computing and nearly three-quarters say their budgets will grown over the next two years.

But the big question for everyone is exactly how do they define cloud computing?

The survey came up with a variety of answers from respondents, but no single definition emerged. So what do you think cloud computing is? And how do you implement it if you don't know what it is?
