Staff retention could be a big issue this year
If you thought hanging on to staff was tough before, be prepared to boost those retention plans again. A new survey says one-in-three tech workers is scouting job boards looking for a new position. The main reasons pushing workers into the job market are pay, increased workload and work hours, and a quest to have a better work-life balance.
