SPOTLIGHT: US no leader when it comes to CIO strategy
The U.S. may be the leader in many technology avenues, but it's not leading the pack in terms of putting a tech leader in charge of national IT. There are more than a few reasons why the U.S. can't seem to get its national tech leadership act together, and while the current CIO is commended for her efforts, a lot has to change before the nation gets on par with other countries' approach to national technology strategy.
