SPOTLIGHT: Time change will pose some IT headaches
In what will surely bring back memories of the Y2K scare, experts are now warning tech enterprises about a time change that could present nearly as many headaches. It seems that the U.S. will revamp the seasonal "spring ahead, fall behind" daylight savings dates and this could pose some heavy duty work for enterprises whose software isn't able to automate the clock change. While there will be patches and updates for desktops and servers running on Windows, there won't be an easy fix for anyone running Sun's Java Runtime Engine. Article
