Leadership changes can have a dramatic impact on a company, no matter how big or small the enterprise may be, and it's more than a little interesting to look at how things change when a new leader steps in. As Sun's new CEO Jonathan Schwartz explains, the changes he's bringing about since Scott McNealy stepped down last spring are obviously working.
