Workers at the Department of the Interior (DOI) seem to be doing a lot more than just working during the day. A new report on Internet use by the Office of the Attorney General claims employees are spending thousands of hours surfing online gambling and adult sites. The personal net use is costing the federal agency big time in terms of worker productivity--an estimated 104,221 hours in just one year, which translates to about $2 million a year. And since there seems to be little oversight or enforcement of the agency's Internet policy, those numbers aren't likely to drop anytime soon. Article
